Appco Group Australia New Zealand R&R 2011

The R&R conference was held in Port Douglas, Queensland from June 13 to June 19 and discussed a lot of vital issues. 250 delegates took part in the conference that featured many presentations given by leaders and top performers in the organisation. The different divisions within the company- Sports, Support, Pay TV, Prosales and Energy - held separate meetings and discussed points relevant to their particular industry. Prosales held a Q&A style meeting and Vice President Steve Sapsford covered the benefits of training sales force in all areas of the business including B2B, residential and events. The Support Division, led by Vice President Spencer Galbally, discussed ways to approach customers in the field with effective role-playing.
Appco Group Founder and Chairman Chris Niarchos said at the conference, “In our industry and organisation it is crucial to establish a solid foundation for the future with effective business practices. This will enable you to have long term success for several years to come. The R&R conference formally ended on Friday, June 17 afternoon and the delegates had the weekend to explore Port Douglas and enjoy, spending time at the Great Barrier reef, fishing, relaxing on the beach etc.
