Appco Group New Zealand honoured by being invited to IPC

Appco Group New Zealand’s sports division was honoured with the IPC invitation where Vice President Stewart Hartley presented medals and gifts to the winners. The event was held from January 21st-30th 2011 in Christchurch, New Zealand. This was an amazing honour to the company as it showed how they appreciated its assistance in Paralympics New Zealand.

Appco Group Vice President Stewart Hartley stated, "This was a wonderful, inspirational event and a reminder that even in adverse conditions you can still strive for success. I was given the honour of handing out medals and gifts for the men's triple jump, women's shot put and women's 100m events, which gave me another opportunity to see firsthand how Appco Group Sports has a positive impact on the lives of many of these athletes.”

Marketing Company Global Sports sent a team of five of the top Independent Contractors including David Munroe, David Gerbault, Sam Nash, Peter Lambe and Glen Harris, who sold over $15,000 worth of supporter's pins in one week. They were all equally impressed with the skills of the athletes and were appreciative of the opportunity to attend.
This was for the first time IPA event was held outside of Europe. Being the second biggest sports event for athletes with a disability, more than 1,000 athletes from more than 81 countries competed in Christchurch's QE II Stadium in one of the last big international events before the 2012 London Paralympic Games.

Appco Group New Zealand heads ahead in the sports segment with the marketing practices that bring in holistic development to all.
